French for Teachers Summer

July 2nd to July 27th, 2012

A specialized course for French teachers wishing to improve language skills and refresh or develop teaching methods and strategies. Participants follow French classes in the mornings and teaching workshops in the afternoons.

French Classes

Morning French classes, from 9am to noon, are structured in 8 levels, and help students develop all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, in addition to attention to the study of grammar and phonetics.

French Teaching Workshop

The French teaching workshops take place in the afternoons, from 1pm to 4pm. French teaching workshops focus on strategies and techniques for preparing and delivering French classes. There is a strong emphasis on sharing experiences between participants and exchanging techniques and tools for teaching French by developing pedagogical sequences collaboratively.

To complement courses and workshops, we offer an outstanding activities and excursions program.
