French Courses for Adults

Study and learn French in the cradle of French-Canadian culture. By combining our French courses with conversation workshops, volunteer or work experience, you can experience the French language and culture in an unparalleled way. A true French immersion experience.
French Courses - 15 hrs/wk (Monday to Thursday 6pm to 9pm, Saturday 9am to noon)
The French courses consists of 7-levels, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students develop all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, in addition to attention to the study of grammar and phonetics. There are an average of 4 to 8 students per class
Students add additional elements so that the program they follow meets their specific needs, namely:
French Conversation - 5 hrs/wk (Friday 6pm to 9pm, Saturday 12:30pm to 2:30pm)
Conversation workshops cover themes such as typical day-to-day situations or themes related to culture, current events, literature, cinema or music. Conversation workshops give you the opportunity to further develop oral fluency.
Private French Classes One-to-One with a Teacher
Private sessions are perfect for students who need immediate results in a short period of time. The course contents are completely adapted to the students’ needs and can cover areas such as business, law and medicine. Private French classes, added to group classes, make for effective intensive French programs.
Volunteering and Work Experience
We strongly encourage students to include either volunteering or work experience in their program, as well as accommodation with a host family. Using French in authentic, natural environments allow students to validate their new skills and live the culture in ways that can never be attained in the classroom.
Cultural Activities
All our French immersion programs feature outstanding activity and excursion programs.These activity programs are not an afterthought, but rather a central component of the Intensive French Immersion programs, reinforcing both the exploration of Quebecois culture and the learning of French that are central to our mission.
Students can obtain a discount of up to 15% on tuition.
